The Winton School District preschools are publicly funded educational programs administered by the State Department of Education Child Development Division.
The programs goal is to “provide an efficient child care and development system, as determined by the communities needs, offering a full range of services in a safe, healthful, and nurturing environment.”
There are currently three preschools in the community of Winton. They are located at Frank Sparkes, Sybil N. Crookham, and at Winfield Elementary.
