In this department the main functions are the organization, supervision, and administration of all categorical programs in which the district is participating and insures compliance with appropriate regulations, submit all federal and state applications and reports to the proper agencies as required by regulations, secure appropriate materials for instructional improvement and testing, work with parents and community lay groups in interpreting the educational categorical programs of the district.
