Winton School District Food Service Department In conjunction with the National School Breakfast and Lunch Program, the food service department is responsible for providing nutritious, appealing, tasty meals for all of our students. Our district implements offer vs. serve, which gives our students the choice to turn down foods that may not be consumed otherwise. We are responsible for knowledge of the rules and regulations mandated by the state of California. We are to keep the program cost effective and running efficiently.
